Faulty traffic lights outside The Warriner school, Bloxham.

The pelican crossing lights outside The Warriner school seriously need adjusting! At 3 o’clock when the lights change there is just enough time for the kids to cross the road but between 4-5 pm the lights take approx 10-15 mins for the green man to appear (if at all!?!?). This is unacceptable. Please remember this is a Pelican crossing outside a SCHOOL!! My child was getting quite distressed this week because despite patiently waiting the lights physically weren’t changing. This is a busy road and my child has been advised to never cross the road until the green man appears, on this occasion they had to contact us and we agreed they could cross the road without the lights changing as long as there was a suitable break in the traffic! Please could you look into this ASAP as it’s an accident waiting to happen.
