Pot holes all over the the the street

The whole road is in horrendous condition, I’m a wheelchair user I can’t use the path as the trees are growing through the pavement so I have to use the road. I constantly get stuck in all the potholes in the road with my chair, making it impossible for me to roll up the road independently, even with help I get stuck in all the potholes holes and driving through them with a car is also horrendous. I have lived down this road for over 2 years and only one pot hole has been fixed even though multiple pot holes have been reported, the whole road needs to be done as it damaging cars and my wheelchair. From the entrance of lime grove down to the entrance of leverkus court needs to be fixed.
