Almost all drains blocked from Shell Garage to Flanders Close on B4100

Please find attached a collage of the 10 drains that are blocked on the B4100 from roughly outside the South Central Ambulance Service (so Coach House Mews side), past the roundabout up to Flanders Close. These photo were taken on 9th Oct 2025. This has been reported previously and no action was taken. There is also currently another outstanding ticket for some of these drains. This issue of inactivity around clearing the drains (and the regular flooding in the area) was raised last night at the AGM of the Langford Village Community Association where local council members and members from Oxfordshire were present. More specifically, Chris Pruden Councillor, responded to the question re the drains not being cleared, and wanted to follow the progress (or lack of progress) as he said he is now looking after this area. Please can you look at clearing these drains as the area around the roundabout regularly floods with heavy rain and so too does Mallards Way (I understand this will not solve the whole problem re flooding, but having a large number of blocked drains in the area is obviously going to be problematic)
