Overhanging trees on to property

The trees have not been maintained for the last 20 years. The branches overhang my property and the nesting birds are ruining paint work on parked cars, please maintain and remove overhanging branches from my property. Thank you

  • Thank you for your enquiry. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by OCC in the County’s capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is potentially maintainable by the Local District Council and not by the County Council.
