Lots of rubbish & tent

Together with our children, we have been walking this route to school for some time now, and we have noticed that this place has become a popular spot for people to hang out, and more rubbish has started to appear there. Today, at 8 o'clock in the morning, very loud music was coming from the place in the photo. I fear for my safety and that of my children, as nowadays people use various substances that can cause different reactions. Besides, the weather is changing and the nights are getting colder. I don't think it's safe for these people to sleep in this tent.
