A Blocked Drain / Gully problem has been found by Oxfordshire County Council, There are 2 drains quite close by and a manhole cover that floods the road. The drain has sunk and is situated at the front of Rowan House, in the High Street opposite Spencers Close What3 Words location is:- loosed.trailers.daredevil
