20 limit sign obscured by width restriction sign

The 20 limit sign on LHS travelling north is obscured by another permanent sign for the width restriction at the bridge. Drivers unfamiliar with the layout can be prevented from seeing the limit change in good time to respond appropriately.

They would perhaps be better placed on the same pole or spaced further apart.

  • Note also the other report of the limit sign on the *other* side of the road also being obscured. Together these create a dangerous situation and bring drivers into conflict.
