Dropped Kerb Before Keepers Lane and Weedon Hill Junction

Reported via desktop in the Damage to a bus stop category anonymously at 22:26, Wednesday 8 October 2025

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8271630.

The current Keeper's Lane bus stop sign (towards Amersham) is place just after the Weedon Hill and Keeper's Lane junction, right after a bend. Because of this, visibility is poor, passengers can't see the bus coming, and drivers can't see people waiting.

So, most children wait near the dropped kerb before the junction to catch the bus to school. However, some bus drivers ask them to wait at the sign, which is not safe.

So can the bus stop sign be moved near the dropped kerb before the Keepers Lane and Weedon Hill junction please, which is safer location?
