Dangerous road crossing

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8270920.

Kelvin Way crosses the road here, and since the old speed bump was removed, and cushions were used, vehicles drive at excessive speed as they do not need to slow down for the cushions. This is placing pedestrians and cyclists at great risk as they try to cross the road and continue on Kelvin Way. Would it be possible to consider a Pelican crossing? Or at least place warning signs and monitor vehicle speed...
