Faded and worn hatch markings

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8270342.

The hatch markings at Campbell Square Police Station vehicle exit gate public highway side has completely faded and worn away. Please can these be repainted due to the risk when vehicles are exiting the site on priority calls

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A Community Steward has assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

  • Can we have an update on this please frequently there is vehicles blocking access here due to the non existent road markings

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: To be Rescheduled - We can confirm that we have already been made aware of this issue. A works order has been raised which you can follow on FMS-8270342-1 and add updates. The expected completion date for these works will be 09/04/2026.
