Three trees have been painted with white dots and/or red dots by Herts. Councill workmen. Two are dead and one of these dead trees recently snapped in high winds. • The trees with the red paint spots (the dead trees) have been cut down but the tree with the white paint spot was ignored. This tree has several dead branches that look ready to fall on the footpath below. Also the workmen that cut the dead trees did not take the old trees away; they merely threw them in the surrounding undergrowth as they have done before. Also along the path there are several trees with red or white paint dots on them that have bee similarly ignored,
