Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8269575.

Manhole cover has collapsed in the middle of Leodis Way LS10 1NN and has sunken with the potential to cause serious injury to cyclists and serious damage to vehicles. This is a re-occuring repair every 2 to 3 years.
