Dangerouse pothole in pavement

A previous repair in the pavement outside 113 Lytham Road has sunk and is dangerous as it is in the centre of the pavement. It has been like this since I moved 2 years ago. Other problems on the pavements on both sides of the road were repaired very recently however this seems to have been overlooked.
