Large tree branch hanging from tree

There is a 6m branch hanging from a tree, hooked over another branch. It is obstructing the pavement and at risk of falling onto the pavement and Sugworth Lane. Location is 10m east of the entrance to Bigwood Park mobile home site.

    The actual location is further to the east than the marker on the map - between the other entrance and the bungalows. It is hooked up and I am unable to pull it down.
