Road surface broken up and rough along entire length.

Sent to Slough Borough Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 826844.
Road surface has been like this for MONTHS during road layout alterations. Cement for revised kerbs extends into road and there are potholes both of which are major hazards for cyclists. Mud is now being dragged onto road from the adjacent construction site, making the road slippery and a skid hazard.

The new roadmouth to the new development has a poor, uneven and loose temporary surface which is unfit for public use. It is no longer segregated from the road by barriers and cones and as such this work site does NOT comply with the legal requirements of the Safety at Street Works and Roads Works Code of Practice. This requires immediate rectification.

Recently the road suface has been removed and a base layer of tarmac laid in places. However, this is very rough and has been left like this for several days and the raised ironwork which exists in many places is a significant hazard, especially for cyclists. Work started here back in JANUARY - when will it be finished??
