Noticed collapsing and damage in last few weeks. Nothing is parked on cover. Cover is on the house driveway in front of the house.

  • As this matter is urgent and I have not heard anything back apart from the transfer to another department, I have asked a local builder / repair person to help me with this issue. He has done this kind of repair previously.
