Culvert has collapsed road surface sinking

There is an area of sunken road all across the northbound a24 at this point. The raised area immediately next to it means it's like hitting a speed bump at speed. It seems to be getting slowly worse as the road continues to subside. Driving my wife's car with low profile tyres at the weekend along that stretch meant considerable stress on the car wheels even though I approached at a lower speed.
