This weekend alone there has been 2 car accidents in the space of 2 days due to the 3 way temporary traffic lights being in the wrong place. The lights stopping the traffic outside the chip shop has nowhere for traffic to stop without blocking the road, this is due to cars parked on both sides of the road. Sometimes the traffic have to pull in as far back as the social club to avoid blocking the road. Some cars not knowing the lights are there and not realising cars are pulling in wherever they can sail past the queue of cars that are waiting for the lights to change. As I say there were 2 accidents on 2 consecutive days at the weekend and 3 cars written off. Either there needs to be no parking outside the chip shop and on the opposite side of the road whilst the lights are there or the lights need to be moved down to the social club. Failure to do this will cause many more accidents and the next accident could be fatal. I ticked any box on the previous page just to get to this page where I could write my complaint as none were relevant.
