Union Jack on every street light on Park Road

Every street light on Park Road has had a Union Jack attached to it overnight last night – I see no issue with people having a flag on their own home/property if they choose to, but the street lights are shared by the community.

People have a right to peacefully protest and discuss their ideas in public, but not to permanently change the straight and decorate it how they see fit – the community should decide if they want flags hung up on the streets. It would be good if the council could come and remove the flags and try to prevent this happening again in future.
