The back of prudential building always has homeless people doing drugs and also defecating daily. there are also large bins outside all the time on the dead end road which i have pinned on map. rats running in & out of bins, this areas going downhill. shouldn't these bins be kept indoor? these bins allow cover for so many homeless to commit Anti social behaviour.
