Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8263240.

Car has been parked in the same position outside of no 61 Queen Street, Kingswood, BS15 8AT for 2 months. No registration plates or they have been blacked out. Police contacted but told to report to council
