Enfield council discrimination

Yet again Enfield council are targeting Winchmore Hill for ghettoisation. The money spent on Winchmore hill is nil whilst Palmers Green, Edmonton and Southgate have street cleaning, bin emptying and grandiose schemes such as Devonshire square, costing hundreds of thousands. Winchmore Hill is filthy and in a state of misrepair and despair. The previous council leader was heard saying of Winchmore Hill , let them see how the other half live. Our bins are not emptied, even after a weekend, outside a major park that is Grovelands on church hill and fly tipping is encouraged through the promotion of unlicensed multi occupancies full of lone males. The hoppers road bin attached is not emptied and always surrounded by filthy fly tips uncollected. T Regular dumpers are not investigated or prosecuted. The woman on hoppers road dumps thirty plus nappies each day without reproach. We are on a downward trajectory. I am targeted and hoppers road has not been cleaned for weeks.
