Very, very blocked drains

Months ago I reported this over full street drain outside 65 Abshot Road. No one has paid any attention. Now more and more leaves are falling, oak, acorns, Cedar, and more. Where are they going? And where is rain water going to go? Outside our house, 59 Abshot Road the street drain is nearly full. We have had problems in the past when our neighbours drive was inundated with rain water. Abshot Road is on an incline. Please, please will someone clear this drain.
