This car has been parked in the same spot outside 69 Ashley Down Rd since at least January 2025, maybe longer. You can see from the weeds growing through the wheel arches that it is never driven. It has French registration plates, so it's not possible to check its tax/MOT on the DVLA website. In an area where parking spaces are in very short supply, it's causing a problem!
