Rotten/rusty road sign

This case was closed by the Council without reason, hence opening again. One of the road signs for Waterdale Close (BS9 4QN) needs replacing. The supports have rusted away, the timber backing is totally rotten and jagged and the black lettering on the sign itself has faded. The rusty screws are sharp and loose too. It has been in very poor condition for several years.
