Loose manhole cover

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8257370.

The tarmac on the manhole cover has worn away and when vehicles drive over it it makes a loud rattling noise which is constant throughout the day and evening and can be heard in my flat 50 metres away. It is highly annoying.
