Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8256028.

Multiple clusters of potholes on Dorothy avenue next to mini speed bumps. Completely unavoidable and dangerous. Has caused damage to my vehicle and I will be making an insurance claim as this has been reported multiple times to no action by Brent Council. The highways inspector is failing to do his job inspecting this road on a regular basis.
