Brambles and hedgerow growing over pedestrian footpath forcing people into the path of traffic there will be a child's death soon. Been like this for years it's disgusting.

    The hedge is just passed 10 Edinburgh Close Banbury OX16 0NY England

    I would be assuming it’s even owned by Cherwell District council or Oxfordshire County Council. I will make sure the matter is escalated.
