Toppled roadwork sign & sandbags next to bus stop

A handy tripping hazard thus.

I can see no other roadwork signage in the area. If it's 'live' it needs put back into position. If it's yet another abandoned collection of roadwork junk, please remove or phone MARKON and have them remove it.

And when are the council finally going to crack down on abandoned roadwork junk by their contractors? There should be penalty clauses in all contracts and checks done on same post-every bit of roadwork.

The problem is = the council sub-contract, the sub-contractors sub-contract the signage. They are both being paid, and the latter clearly factor in the full cost of new signage etc so can afford to not return and uplift - repeat, endlessly (while passing council low-loaders ignore same - 'not ma job to report or uplift....

In short, one BIG FAIL.
