Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8255133.

A flag has been illegally attached to the lamppost at this roundabout for a number of weeks. In light of recent racist and anti-Semitic incidents, this will be seen as exclusionary and intimidating to many local residents and should be removed.
