Building materials in RPZ parking space

There are building materials in the road which have been there for at least a week. They belong to the contractor working at No.2 Millmead Road. This area is a RPZ and there is no visible parking suspension signs. When Parking Enforcement patrol the area they would have reported it or had a word with the contractor wouldn’t they?
