The large commercial waste bins on the corner of Green Lanes and Melbourne Avenue are still uncollected. They str overflowing and the wind is blowing rubbish all over the carriageway on Green Lanes and all the way up Melbourne Avenue generating additional street sweeping work for the Council workers. This is unhealthy, ugly and unpleasant and has been unresolved for months.
