A pile of old furniture among other items has been dumped here behind this house several days ago, completely obstructing the sidewalk which is public property. I am registered blind and depend on this path to access London Road as easily as I can manage. I imagine the residents of the house concerned are possibly responsible, as frequently large amounts of trash and furniture, etc are dumped here here. I have tripped over there a few times.
