URGENT - car obstructing 2 dropped kerbs between 36 and 38 Lincoln Avenue. Car parked across the 2 dropped kerb areas in an undesignated place.

Designated parking is marked by white boxes and the car is not in a designated white space and is across 2 dropped kerb areas - obstructing the driveways and the sight lines for entering and existing the properties causing danger of accident.
