On road almost outside 37 Mill Lane and close to Whispington House
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2857586.
Full of soil and debris to within a few inches of top of drain and growing grass. This cannot be a recent occurrence. This does not help flooding occurring on the road which is on a downhill gradient during heavy rain. Suggest all drains are checked in this village and where necessary cleared of debris.
