Tree behind 11 Bellevue Crescent is considerably taller than the houses and overhanging branches are within 2 properties gardens. Concerned if tree was to topple in high winds it could potentially fall onto the house. Could the over hanging branches be cut back and tree lowered to a safer hight? Thanks
