Wall collapsing on Delph Bridge over canal
Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8248325.
I drove over Delph Bridge this morning and noticed that the sandstone wall was collapsing, with a large sandstone block having fell out of the wall onto the footpath, with smaller sandstone rocks around it. It looked like the integrity of the wall had failed and was at risk of further collapse. It is the section that goes over the canal, to the left of the railing, and opposite the junction with Halton Road.
