Poo on lane running from Whiteway Road down to Glen Park

This lane is continuously covered in poo. Over the last month, there has been one particular spot near the steps which has an enormous pile of poo, a new one each day. It could even be human. Then there are various other spots with other poos dropped along the lane (today a big smush in the middle). Someone also keeps dropping green poo bags filled with poo! (What is the point of that!!) Children use this lane for the local school and that includes parents with buggies. The lane is becoming impassable with the amount of poos you have to dodge. The lane is opposite 73 Whiteway Road.
