Traffic light timing has changed for the worse

The traffic lights at the junction of Church Road and Caversham Bridge Street appears to have had its timings changed. When driving from Church Road to Caversham Bridge there is now a much longer wait for the lights to turn green and this has resulted in long lines of traffic extending up Church Road to St Peter's Hill and almost up to the junction with Symeon Place. Meanwhile on Caversham Bridge Street there is no queuing traffic on either side. I don't know when the timings were changed (possibly in the last week or two) but they should be changed back to what they were before.
