Workmen have destroyed the drain surround

Good afternoon,

On Tuesday evening 30th the Hailey road in Witney was having it's roadside, paths and drop curbs cleaned.

This work has now destroyed the drain surround leaving it sitting very proud, operatives using heavy machinery and shovels did this , right outside my drive. This is a trip hazard now and needs addressing.

I recovered some bits of tarmac from the workmen and placed it back, but it's not ideal, this can be seen in the pictures.
