Unacceptable delays to road defects in Shire Lane

Reports going back to June have not been actioned. the istiation is getting really serious, I have escalted this to various officials. When will these issues be resolved? There are at least ten road defects in this road stretch and not one has been dealt with. I will be calling in at least one for an emergency repair later.
