Hedge blocking the footway

The previous report was closed as ‘not causing an obstruction’. The footway and roadway are both part of the public highway and this is obstructing foot traffic along this highway. Please contact the land owners to ensure that they maintain their property so it does not block pedestrian access to the public highway.
