Sign "road unsuitable for HGV lorries "covered by hedge.

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8243340.

When coming to the crossroads from Ramley Rd you cannot see this HGV warning sign as it's covered over by hedge, This therefore needs to be trimmed.

  • The problem has not been resolved . The hedge covering the " the not suitable for HGV vehicles " sign has not be trimmed back. ( 5min job ) It's now been over 5 months since Hampshire County Council were made aware of the problem. Some lorries that have not seen this sign continue to come down Pitmore Lane and then cause traffic problems at the narrow part of Pitmore Lane.
