Blocked drain - flooding school entrance

Drains at the corner Gibson st X Otago st at Hillhead primary school. As the drain is blocked, all the water from the hill comes down to the bottom at the school gate leaving the kids having to wet their feet to be able to get to school. This is happening for a long time already. GCC cleaned one but left the other drain blocked
