Speed bump

There has what I believe recently a new speed bump put in place to the entrance of Morrisons, B&M and B&Q. This speed bump is way to high for drivers to drive over, every time I go over this speed bump which is 2-3 times a week, my car bottoms out and will scrape along the bottom of my car. If this damages my car I highly doubt you will be paying the bill for this.
