Hotel advertising board obstructing pavement

An advertising board has appeared on a public pavement making navigation by wheelchairs or prams difficult, this can be easily resolved by moving the board back four feet to the entrance of the hotel courtyard. The area being instructed is a public area and not part of the curtilage of the hotel.

  • Public pavement still being obsructed, the area in front of the Feathers Hotel is a public pavement and is NOT part of the curtilage of the hotel. The A board needs to be moved back 2 feet to behind the pavement in front of the entrance of the courtyard area it advertises to allow unrestricted access for pedestrians, prams and wheelchairs..
