Recycling not emptied on due date now overflowing

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8239632.

Grasmere Court, 20 Village Road. Retirement flats. The recycling bin was dragged into the car park to be emptied on the 25th Sept. but was just left there full and not emptied. As it is only collected once a fortnight now there is no collection this week the bin is now overflowing and will not be emptied until next week the 9th Oct. Please empty our bin. Thank you.
