Debris in carriageway on narrow road

Multiple edging setts have been dislodged and have been found in the carriageway, causing cars to swerve to avoid them. The setts have now been moved to the road edge, but there's nothing to stop them going back into the road if vehicle tyres touch them (quite possible/likely on this narrow road, where vehicles drive close to the edge to pass one another). There is now potential for more setts to become dislodged so a permanent repair is urgently required.
