Parking on the bend at the junction of Ashfield Way and Oakengrove Lane/Linden Walk

Reported via mobile in the Parking in a restricted space category anonymously at 16:00, Wednesday 1 October 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8239394.

Yellow lines are needed on one side of the road to stop vehicles being parked around this bend which has been reported several times as being dangerous to both drivers and pedestrians. Too many parked cars and vans with no pull in once you are committed to passing them plus with the amount of vans you are driving blind with no vision of oncoming vehicles.

Updates

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team.

Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
