Forgotten housing development sign

There is a sign on the north side of Mythe Road on the edge of Tewkesbury Town which is fixed to a lamp post and directing to 'Malvern Chase', a housing development. It was put up by Bellway homes about twenty years ago, and presumably forgotten, because the development has long since been finished and all occupied.
